The Razor E200S is generally well regarded, but some users have had some problems with their units.

The most notable of these problems, and the one that has been reported most often is the battery problem. Some batteries do not hold charge, and power runs out of them after several minutes of user.

Users report that Razor has replaced faulty scooters, or has sent replacement parts to affected customers.

However, users who have not had that problem report being very pleased with their purchase, and praising the E200S for its features, most notably the seat.

Even when the battery does not have any problems, users are still unhappy with the 45 minutes of advertised run time, for 8 hours of charge. All users recommend buying a spare battery.
